You may cancel your premium membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that cancellation does not automatically initiate a refund.

Refund Policy

All payments made for premium memberships on Aroobi.com are non-refundable, except in cases of payment failure (e.g., duplicate charges, failed transaction with account debited, etc.).

If a payment failure occurs, the charged amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
